Lobster-ing-bake
Frigid dark bottom
Searching for that scented meal
Nibbling the bait
Rolling white crest waves
Search pale fog, float hue fades through
Hoist to the surface
Sunny summer day
Water boiling, fire, smoke, steam
Cracked shell scented meal
Sail-or-ing
Right angle in gale
Harnessed for speed, in silence
Stretching in tension
Eyes scanning, hair blown
Aged calloused hands, suntanned skin
Alive one more day
Lines, pulleys, tell-tails
Rudder, azimuth, wind, listing
Swiftly come about
Plant – er – ing
Plant grows on the ledge
Better than in my garden
Is it out of place?
It applies elsewhere
Accepts the garden offer
Suddenly wilting
